Longevity Biotech Fellowship
Building a talent and community flywheel for longevity biotech.
A selective cohort and alumni network for builders serious about solving aging—retreats, mentorship, and introductions to collaborators and capital.
“LBF is the reason I was able to start my current life-extension focused biotech company — without the connections I made at LBF I wouldn’t have found my cofounder or our initial funding.”
— Matthew Osman, Founder @ Polyphron
What it is
The Longevity Biotech Fellowship (LBF) is a builders launchpad for people serious about solving aging. It brings together mission-aligned scientists, engineers, founders, investors, operators, and policymakers to help them meet, form teams, and build.
What it does
- Cohort program + retreat: a multi-day workshop retreat led by industry mentors.
- Vetted community: ongoing alumni network, introductions, events, and working groups.
- Direct support to build: selective mentorship and help navigating blockers, collaborators, and funding.
Why it matters (to me)
LBF concentrates ambitious longevity talent into a single high-signal network, compressing the time it takes to go from “I care about this” to “I’m building something real with the right people.”
